We are pleased to introduce our new AI assistant! It is now in its test phase and is available to you around the clock to answer your questions.
What can the chatbot do for you?
Our digital helper has been trained specifically on our products and knows them inside out. It answers your most frequent questions quickly and precisely, so you do not have to wait for an email reply. Communication is completely natural — you can simply chat with it as if you were talking to a real member of staff.
And if the chatbot cannot help?
No problem! For more complex matters, the chatbot offers to forward your request directly to our human support team. It summarises your issue and asks for your contact details so that we can get back to you personally. That way you do not have to explain your concern twice. Within our support phone hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 a.m.–1 p.m., Wednesday 2 p.m.–5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m.–11 a.m.) we will get back to you personally — by email or, if necessary, by phone.

Every question that our chatbot could not fully answer is reviewed by our team. This way our digital assistant keeps learning and gets better with every interaction. To provide our chatbot we use the service FastBots.ai. Personal data may be processed in the course of using the chatbot. Processing takes place exclusively in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and on the basis of a data processing agreement with FastBots.ai. Further information on data processing can be found in our privacy policy as well as in the privacy policy of FastBots.ai. Please do not enter any sensitive data (e.g. health data, banking data) in the chat.
