User Reports on eSense
We asked our customers to tell us about their experiences with eSense. Here are some of the answers they gave. (We only post with the user's agreement)
Customer: Martin Ott from Itzehoe
Answer: Ultimately it was to check my ability to relax, which I have been actively working on for more than 20 years through autogenic training. I was also interested in the technology.
Answer: I didn’t do the Feedback-Training. See answer 1. The app funktioniert well, in that it objectified and manifested my subjective perception of my body temperature.
Answer: I have no criticisms. Maybe the price is a little high, considering that only one animation is included. [customers can use any videos of their own. Editor]. An app to combine your eSense with AV-Stimulation would be very interesting. [see the product: “MindLights”. Editor]
Answer: No.
Answer: Yes. It is certainly a useful training tool for anyone interested in feedback relaxation training.
Best regards from Itzehoe, Martin Ott
Customer: Pantaleon Fassbender
Answer: Biofeedback for beginners, stress relief. Also for documentation of stress reactions in interviews, negotiations and interrogations.
Answer: Worthwhile and good (particularly after the first update). The construction could be more robust for long term use.
Answer: It is probably not possible, but I would like a two channel version to monitor skin temperature and SCL simultaneously via the interface.
Answer: No.
Answer: Yes.

Customer: Berd Alexei
Answer: I use your product for GSR voluntary control training. It’s useful for stress reduction and also it’s useful for some patients, suffering from epilepsy with aura. Voluntary timely raising of GSR level (just in opposition to relaxation, though it sounds contra-intuitive) is good countermeasure for seizure onset (see Nagai et al studies).
Answer: The iPhone application is great, and sure I use it for biofeedback sessions.
Answer: Well, it could make sense to add some guided exercises for training voluntary control of GSR: say, one given time interval for GSR downtraining, another interval uptraining, etc and some scores of progress. Something like Mental Games for ThoughtStream products.
Answer: Currently I don’t use any Android system.
Answer: Definitely yes!
Taking this chance I’d like to thank you again for your great product and customer support.
Your product is the winner in the field of IPhone BFB systems. Great idea and great implementation!
Thank you again, best regards, Alexei
