Mindfield works with leading training institutions, technology partners and clinics to advance biofeedback and neurofeedback.
Training Partners
Akademie für Neurofeedback (Academy for Neurofeedback)

Our cooperation partner for multi-level training as a neurofeedback trainer, therapist or instructor. The Academy for Neurofeedback is the largest and most important training platform for neurofeedback in Germany. All courses conclude with an examination and certificate.
Technology Partners
inMotion VR – VR-based Physiotherapy

Corpus VR is a platform for physio- and neurotherapy in virtual reality. The integration of the eSense Skin Response enables real-time skin conductance measurement, while the eSense Pulse monitors heart rate and adapts the VR environment to the patient’s pulse.
Corpus VR uses VR games with biofeedback control: The therapist controls difficulty level and patient-specific settings based on the patient’s relaxation level.
mBrainTrain – Mobile EEG Devices

mBrainTrain from Belgrade developed the Smarting, a mobile 24-channel EEG device. As partners, we jointly integrated the eSense Skin Response into the Smarting app – enabling simultaneous measurement of 24 EEG channels plus skin conductance.

Case Study: Neurofeedback in Motorsport
Max Neukirchner – Moto2 Rider Uses Neurofeedback
Moto2 rider Max Neukirchner trained his mental abilities with neurofeedback – in cooperation with the Academy for Neurofeedback and Mindfield Biosystems.
Read interview with Max Neukirchner
Max, how did you get into neurofeedback?
In 2008, Michael Förster from the Academy for Neurofeedback approached me at a motorcycle trade fair in Cologne about the possibilities of concentration training. In the previous season, I could have achieved better results if my concentration had been better. I remember the 2008 Superbike race in Valencia, where I was attacked and touched by Carlos Checa in the last lap – a consequence of my fading concentration.
What do you expect from the training?
I prepare myself absolutely professionally in all areas. In addition to physical fitness training, nutrition optimization and mental training through neurofeedback are part of the program. After the first measurable improvements, I expect greater endurance and consistency in concentration performance.
Who conducts the training for you?
The training is conducted by my physiotherapist Samuel Lindner in cooperation with Michael Förster and Dr. Axel Kowalski from the Academy for Neurofeedback. The hardware and software for the neurofeedback training was provided by Mindfield, so that I can also train my concentration while on the road.
